王熹徽，中国科学技术大学十大正规网投官网平台教授，MBA中心常务副主任，博士生导师。2018年系统工程学会系统科学与系统工程青年科技奖，2020年度中国物流与采购联合会科技进步二等奖，2020年教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者。获2016年教育部自然科学一等奖，系统工程学会应急管理系统工程专业委员会委员，优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会应急管理专业委员会常务委员。主要研究领域为应急管理和运作管理。在《Production and Operations Management》、《Annals of Operations Research》、《International Journal of Production Economics》、《OMEGA-International Journal of Management Science》、《中国管理科学》、《系统工程理论与实践》等期刊发表论文20余篇，出版译著《人道物流》1部。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，参加自然科学基金创新群体和重点项目2项。受邀担POM、EJOR、ANOR、OMEGA等期刊的同行评审专家。

演讲内容简介：

Despite being well studied in Economic literature, little is known about inequity aversion in the extreme, and often unique, conditions encountered in disaster relief. In this paper, we provide a basis for research on beneficiary-centric equity in humanitarian logistics. We analyze data from over 400 individuals in Hefei City, China, collected after heavy floods destroyed many livelihoods. Among other factors, our analysis shows scarcity of supply and disaster experience substantially influence beneficiaries’ inequity aversion, highlighting the need for novel approaches to equity and the need to incorporate them into relief planning and execution.
