中国科学技术大学与香港城市大学联合培养博士，先后赴香港城市大学、美国宾尼法尼亚大学沃顿商学院、威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校商学院访学交流。在国内外重要期刊Journal of Management Information Systems （FT-50）, Journal of Business Ethics(FT-50), Decision Support Systems (FMS-A), European Journal of Information Systems, 管理科学学报、管理科学、情报学报等发表学术论文30余篇，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项科研项目。先后获得全国百篇优秀管理案例（2018）、中国工商管理国际最佳案例提名奖（2019）。ABS三星SSCI期刊Information Technology & People高级主编， JMIS，DSS，IR等多个核心期刊的审稿人。
