    Jayashankar Swaminathan是美国北卡大学教堂山分校（UNC）Kenan-Flagler商学院杰出教授,国际上公认的提高生产力、全球运营创新以及供应链管理领域的思想领袖。INFORMS Fellow；POMS Fellow；INFORMS和MSOM副主席以及供应链管理POMS学会主席；顶级期刊Management Science、Production & Operations Management、MSOM的部门主编；美国国家科学基金会，Obama-Singh 21st Century Knowledge Initiative以及U.S. Department of Education的首席研究员。

    In this talk I will highlight the current and future opportunities for operations management as firms think more about responsible operations and digital transformation of their business model. I will highlight some of my recent research in this area and future opportunities.
